1. Return Conditions

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused, in original condition

  • Packaging must be intact

2. Return Process

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

3. Refunds

Once approved, refunds are issued within 5–14 business days to the original payment method.

4. Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

5. Faulty Products

If damaged or defective, we offer replacement or full refund.
